**Job Descriptions**:- Prepare a building maintenance program/work plan & budget plan.- Develop and monitor the implementation of preventive building maintenance work plans. Control building maintenance costs effectively and efficiently.- Carrying out & monitoring the building maintenance vendor selection process.- Ensure the operation of building systems/equipment runs well.- Create and develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.- Ensure that the building maintenance administration system (internal and vendor) is implemented according to standard operating procedures (SOP).- Ensure that all building equipment (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil & others) is well maintained and according to procedures to support building operations.- Evaluate the performance of the engineering team and provide direction, corrections, or additional training.- Receive other tasks in connection with building maintenance activities. Carry out follow-up actions to resolve complaints from related parties.- Monitor, Coordinate and Evaluate the performance of P3SRS building management. provide direction, corrections, or improvement ideas.- Monitor, Coordinate and Evaluate the performance of Housekeeping, pest control, garden and building sanitation outsource. Monitor cleanliness, beauty and service excelence of all outsouce, provide direction, corrections, or improvement ideas- Create planning and reports for housekeeping, pest control, garden maintenance and building sanitation.**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.- Minimum 6 years of working experiences in Building Maintenance field and 2 years experience in the same position.- Have an understanding of systems and procedures as well as building maintenance.- Have a good supervisory skill.- Preferable has experience in Hospitality or leading Housekeeping outsource- Willing to be placed in Epiwalk Mall, Kuningan
