Building Maintenance Section Head - Jakarta Job Descriptions:
Prepare a building maintenance program/work plan & budget plan.Develop and monitor the implementation of preventive building maintenance work plans. Control building maintenance costs effectively and efficiently.Carrying out & monitoring the building maintenance vendor selection process.Ensure the operation of building systems/equipment runs well.Create and develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.Ensure that the building maintenance administration system (internal and vendor) is implemented according to standard operating procedures (SOP).Ensure that all building equipment (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil & others) is well maintained and according to procedures to support building operations.Evaluate the performance of the engineering team and provide direction, corrections, or additional training.Receive other tasks in connection with building maintenance activities. Carry out follow-up actions to resolve complaints from related parties.Monitor, Coordinate and Evaluate the performance of P3SRS building management. provide direction, corrections, or improvement ideas.Monitor, Coordinate and Evaluate the performance of Housekeeping, pest control, garden and building sanitation outsource. Monitor cleanliness, beauty and service excelence of all outsouce, provide direction, corrections, or improvement ideasCreate planning and reports for housekeeping, pest control, garden maintenance and building sanitation. Job Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.Minimum 6 years of working experiences in Building Maintenance field and 2 years experience in the same position.Have an understanding of systems and procedures as well as building maintenance.Have a good supervisory skill.Preferable has experience in Hospitality or leading Housekeeping outsourceWilling to be placed in Epiwalk Mall, Kuningan
