Building - Interior Designer

Responsible for designing OMO branches to be a functional, safe, and beautiful space for our students, parents, and staffCreate branch construction/renovation project plan to align with budgets, OMO standards, and timeframesConduct site surveys, construction site visit and project monitoring.Identify potential project issues and escalate to stakeholders when necessaryCoordinate with franchise owners and internal OMO management to ensure our branches meet our design guidelinesMaintain a strict adherence to building codes and regulatory standardsEnsure all Zenius OMO branches design, look, and feel are according to our standardsBachelors degree in Interior Design or related field required. Previous experience in franchise business interior design is a plusProject Management experienceAbility to use CAD softwareProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareGood communication skills, project management skillsResourcefulnessWillingness to travel across Indonesia
