**Building Infra & Fire Protection Associate Manager****MAIN PURPOSE**- Establish improvement, maintenance system and repair method to reached reliability of building. infrastructure comply with pharmaceutical regulation and Fire Protection system align with safety regulation- Ensure reliability of the within standard requirement of GMP (Good Engineering Practice), GEP ( Good Engineering Practice ), Safety regulations and Compliance.**YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**- Develop maintenance system, repair method and standard procedure of building, Infrastructure and Fire Protection System (Hydrant, Sprinkler, Smoke detectors, Fire Alarm System..etc) to comply with standard requirement.- Collaborate with internal and external parties to align with regulatory aspects and reliability of building and infrastructure.- Responsible to updated Standard Procedure as well in Lifedoc, Anydoc, Valgen System- Develop knowledge and engineering skill to Improve capability team member.- Join on daily tier 2b communication, speak up or Safety related meeting related to his/her role.- Evaluate of effectiveness maintenance, repair method and modification which was implemented.- Comply with GEP standards, GMP regulations, Safety and Compliance (operational licenses according to government regulations).- Support of upgrade or modification program area within projects implementation (CAPEX or Basic budget / lump sump) in his area of responsibility.- Speak Up of improvement, efficiency, maintenance cost savings, spare part efficiency.- Identify hazards-risk-impact assessment (K3L) related working activities and potential risk of working areas within regulations and safety requirements.- Support implementation Environmental Programs and hazards-risk-impact assessment.- Support implementation of Internal Audit, investigation of incidents and Management Review hazards-risk-impact assessment**WHO YOU ARE**- Associate/bachelor's degree in engineering (civil/mechanical)- 1- 2 years of experience in building and infrastructure at pharmaceutical industry- familiar with analysis of the effectiveness maintenance in pharmaceutical industry within cGMP, BPOM regulations, occupational health and safety regulations- Creative thinking, high work ethic, ready for challenges and able to control conflict and ambiguity- Well developed communication and proficiency in both Indonesian and English language (verbal and writtenBayer is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disabled/Veterans**Division**:- Consumer Health**Reference Code**- 792898**Functional Area**:- Engineering & Technology**Location**:- Indonesia : West Java : Cimanggis**Employment Type**:- Regular**Position Grade**:- R.13**Contact Us****Address****Telephone****E-Mail**- PT Bayer Indonesia- +622130491111-- Menara Astra, 33rd floor- Jl.
