Browse our Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.**About the Team**:- The Budgeting and Planning department functions as a core team, developing, and implementing strategies that satisfy the objectives of individual departments as well as promoting overall corporate goals. Budgeting and Planning Role emphasizes more on problem solving and less on financial knowledge. In a way, we are internal consultants for the highest level of management, reaching as high as to the CEO.- Strategic analysis of ShopeeFood customer and stakeholders experience and operation-related problems, define root cause, and recommend solutions.- Plan and lead end-to-end implementation of the recommended solutions.- Actively liaise and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-business stakeholders to achieve business objectives.- Collaborate with corporate risk and compliance teams to conduct risk assessment on new ShopeeFood initiatives.- Identify opportunities to improve processes within ShopeeFood to increase efficiency and productivity.- Develop SOP and process flow documentation.- Produce reports to update management on the performance and progress of ShopeeFood initiatives.**Requirements**:- Minimum 2 years of working experiences in project or product management, business intelligence (BI), management consulting, strategy, or CEO office.- Strong analytical skills, attention to details and enjoy working with numbers- Excellent communications skills and stakeholder management- Strong in tackling multiple tasks and able to manage projects end-to-end- Proficient in using Google Workspace (e.g. Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides)- Fluent in English (written and verbal)- SQL proficiency is a plus
