As we continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Brand Manager.**Position: Brand Manager (Gym)****Location: South Jakarta, Indonesia****Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive member acquisition.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that align with brand values and resonate with our target audience.- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.- Manage brand partnerships and sponsorships to maximize brand exposure and engagement within the fitness community.- Monitor brand performance metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standards.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience (min. 3 years) in brand management, preferably within the sports or fitness industry.- Passion for sports and a deep understanding of fitness culture and trends.- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate brand vision into actionable plans.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and inspire both internal teams and external stakeholders.- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.Pay: Up to Rp15,000,000 per month
