Brand Manager Food Retail

Our client is a National F&B Retail headquartered in Yogyakarta. Currently, they are hiring a Brand Manager who reports directly to the company's General Manager with the following work responsibilities and work requirements.**Work Responsibilities**:- Reporting to the company's General Manager, they will generally be responsible for overall marketing strategy creation and the execution of marketing operations.- The marketing manager will increase the company's brand performance per the company's expectations.- The marketing manager shall monitor market trends daily and research consumer markets and competitors' activities. They will report it regularly to the company's management.- Develop marketing programs and set their marketing objectives, targets, and measurement.- This marketing manager shall measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.**Work Requirements**:- Having at least 7-8 years of experience as a marketing/brand or product manager.- Having marketing experience in F&B or retail will be an advantage.**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Semarang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- People Management: 1 year (preferred)- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)
