From a small brand that was established on 2021, we are aiming to deliver happiness for all and be the top mind acne brand in Indonesia with our first product, Matcha Glow Sleeping Mask.And with stable goal in our mind, we have released more products that related to acne fighters in Indonesia and received achievement as #1 Face Mask at Tiktok through our Matcha Glow.But, we won't feel satisfied only with it.Developing new solutions for you, acne fighters is our main task from the first till the future.Dorskin, from acne fighters for acne fighters.- Initiate, execute and analyze monthly and quarterly marketing plan to drive the sales.Initiate and execute social media plan and create content accordingly.- Initiate and execute IG/FB advertisement plan, and optimize the performance.- Make monthly marketing report including sales analysis and marketing activity performance, and initiate sales improvement plan.- Collaborate with Creative team to generate social media content, including shooting photos and videos.- Present and demonstrate products in IG and Tiktok.Manage inventory of goods.- Operate and manage Shopee and Tokopedia stores to boost the sales, including product listing, voucher campaign, or any other marketing related work.- Sales-driven, problem-solving, positive-thinking.- Experienced in social media management.- Experienced in optimizing IG and FB ads performance.- Good at numbers.- Good excel analytical skill, including but not limited to pivot table and v-lookup.- Female who loves skincare will be a plus.
