Its business operates in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, and will launch in other countries in the SEA moving ahead.**Job Brief**:- Market Research- Building a Potential New Client Database- Manage Follow-Up and Deal Closure- Daily Activity Reporting- Manage Marketing Activities- Promote and sell our travel products and land arrangements.- Responsible for developing new business opportunities and expand customer base in order to achieve sales target in a competitive environment.- Maintains and expands customer database - identify potential new customers and maintain good sales relationship with existing customers.- Identifies market requirements, provide constructive recommendations and works with our European team to support our business.- Promote a positive and proactive working culture within the sales team.- Meeting your own and your team's sales goals and targets set by the Company.- Coaching the local Sales Representative performance.- Consolidating and prepare sales reports and meeting.- Other tasks/ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company.**Requirements**:- Minimum 5-8 Years Sales Experience in the Travel Industry or Similar- Able to Work Independently- Selling Skills (Need to Be Divine)- Experience Working in Travel- Target & customer-orientated, good presentation skills, responsible, result-driven and ability to build up new customers.- Understand and possess travel operation process knowledge/experiences is needed.- Possess good travel agents network would be added advantage.**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp13,500,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you expert in Coaching the local Sales Representative performance?- Have an experience Identifies market requirements, provide constructive recommendations and works with our European team to support our business?**Education**:- D1-D4 (preferred)**Experience**:- Travel Sales Manager: 5 years (required)**Language**:- english (required)
