Branch Manager - Palembang (Heavy Equipment Rental)

Bachelor's degree or above, willing to be placed in Palembang, South Sumatra- At least 5 year of relevant experience in sales/branch area- Be able to use English as a working language and Chinese will be a plus.PERSOLKELLY is one of the largest recruitment companies in Asia Pacific providing comprehensive end-to-end workforce solutions to clients, allowing us to draw upon their connections as one of the largest recruitment companies in Asia Pasific.We are now looking for a position as a Branch Manager areas with requirements as below:Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or above- At least 5 year of relevant experience in sales/branch area- Have strong logical thinking ability, learning ability, communication ability, initiative and execution ability;- Excellent cross-department collaboration capabilities;- Be able to use English as a working language and Chinese will be a plus.**Responsibilities**:- Business Development- Responsible for developing a pipeline of new business coming into the company, based on a thorough knowledge of the market.- Keeps positive relationships with potential clients, business partners, financial institutions etc. (i.e., business activities: sales, trade, rental and maintenance services on heavy lifting and others equipment/machinery etc.).- Sales- Develops and executes a professional sales plan to reach the main objectives.- Identifying new sales leads.- Responsible for sales performance (by areas/regions) and provide excellent service and ensure customer/client satisfaction is established.- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers/clients.- Develops and manages a well-functioning sales team, in order to reduce the risk of idle equipment, maximize sales revenues, and meet the main objectives.- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers/clients.- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events/exhibitions.- Other Duties- Assist and support to overseas markets and business expansion etc.- Updates a weekly, monthly reports and improvement plan etc.- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.Should you meet the requirements, let's draw a connection by share your most updated CV and Resume.
