Branch Manager

**Job Summary**:The branch manager is a professional charged with managing day-to-day operation of our business. These responsibilities include developing business plans, managing employees, attaining sales goal, delivering excellent customer satisfaction and growing revenue.**Requirements and Qualifications**:- Significant previous experience in manpower supply/ outsourcing Industry- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently- Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead- Eager to expand branch with new clients, and businesses- Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge- Assists team members when needed to accomplish branch goals- Able to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions- Focused on customer service- Bachelor's degree in finance economy, business or a related field; Master's degree in a related field will be preferred- Excellent computer & presentation skills- Ability to manage employees, while multitasking large projects- Excellent written and verbal communication skills**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
