In this job, you will join their mission to improve the lives of smallholder farmers in developing markets.About the Branch Manager Role:Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will contribute to the design and implementation of the business and operations road map, as well as managing the procurement, sales and supply chain strategy for the products, in a region within the country. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the design and implementation of the business and operations road map, as well as manage the procurement, sales and supply chain strategy for the products, in a region within the countryParticipate and contribute to continuous development of the platform with the objective of providing better solutions and experience to farmers, micro collectors (MC), internal team and other stakeholders, while creating a robust business model for the platformBe responsible for optimal utilisation of company resources and derive maximum capacity efficiency by eliminating controllable losses Support the Head of Operations in buying and selling decisions (of agri-inputs and agri-produce) with robust demand and supply planning and by providing adequate and timely market information and analysis To succeed in this role you must be passionate about the company's mission, inspiring your team to create ownership opportunities.
