Branch Manager

You will develop marketplace opportunities, lead sales pursuits, oversee internal processes, and provide employee leadership in the achievement of common goals. You will also ensure a safe and engaged workforce and customer satisfaction, in collaboration with the district manager, peers at a pole level, employees and cross-functional teams.**Key Responsibilities**:- Accountable for Profit & Loss- Manage customer relationship- Manage contractual compliance- Drive planning and reporting- Accountable for AOP- Lead change- Drive policy compliance- Evaluate business risk- Develop staff competencies- Drive employment engagement**MUST HAVE**:- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field- Minimum 5 years of experience in Managerial Level in project management.- 8 Yrs of successful industry experience in managing various projects.- Extensive management experience with P&L accountability.- Strong sales, branch management and operations experience.**WE VALUE**:- Strong tactical and strategic skills required.- PMP Certification- Ability to motivate and build high performing teams.
