Working within our function departments, you would be supporting all of our businesses.**Requirements**:- Min. Bachelor's Degree from any major- Min. 3-5 years in management level- Preferably: 3 years in the same position in a service company- Proficiency in English- Problem solving and analytical ability- Motivated self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced environtment- Demonstrated integrity and ethical standars- Strong leadership, motivation and managerial skills- Proven history of profit and loss management- Direct all operational aspects of the branch in a manner that supports reaching the profitability goals- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly- Evaluate regularly the effectiveness of the branch operation, to see that policies are being observed and that goals are being attained- Manager branch budget- Direct assess lokal market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the branch- Ensure safety regulations are adhered to- Direct warehouse operations.
