You'll support the Manager, Risk Adjustment in the development and operations of BOI programs. You'll have some coding/HCC knowledge and experience in basic program support or management.**How You'll Contribute**:- Owns and manages timeline for practice onboarding to CSCA, tracking deliverable.- Coordinates data needs and workflows, working with enterprise and local data teams.- Facilitates onboarding meetings for physician engagement and training.- Facilitates in conjunction with Manager, Risk Adjustment onboarding meetings for workflows for BOI.- Supports procurement of needed information during onboarding process.- Serve as point of contact and tracks all documentation needed during onboarding process for all determined workstreams.- Works with practices to track all physicians joining their primary care teams.- Owns and manages physician onboarding timeline.- Facilitates training and procures necessary documentation.- Assist and support Manager, Risk Adjustment and BOI leadership on projects as needed.**What You'll Bring**:- 4+ years of experience within a healthcare and/or managed care operations- Familiar with managed care products, healthcare operations, delivery systems, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness- Relevant Bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experience required.
