As part of the Alila Hotels and Resorts family, we are committed to providing unparalleled experiences and service to our guests, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty and cultural richness. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests. The Beverage Manager will be responsible for managing the bar, lounge, and beverage service throughout the resort, including selection, procurement, inventory management, staff training, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Qualifications Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury resorts or upscale establishments.
- Extensive knowledge of beverage products, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications for inventory management and reporting.
