Bartender

**Job Summary**To provide quality food and beverage service that is consistent with the SBU SOP at all times**Duties and Responsibilities**- Maintain the bar area in a clean, tidy and organized condition at all times in accordance with the Health and Hygiene requirements of JA Resorts & Hotels.- Fully responsible for the bar, whilst on duty.- Ensure that the guest is presented with the correct order and that all drinks are prepared and served as agreed in the standard operating procedures.- Ensure a courteous and efficient service at all times regardless of volume pressure.- Ensure that adequate stocks of beverages are requisitioned for operational needs.- Responsible for controlling and storing of all glassware.- Ensure the checking of expiration dates and that all perishable garnishes are stored and recorded in designated storage areas.- Perform all assigned duties efficiently; technically correctly, follow LQA, SOP and Company Policy.- Pick up food stores fresh juices, milk and fruits for the garnish,- Gets all the information's sports events timings and channels,- Takes the orders using up selling skills and Serve drinks and food to customers in a friendly and helpful manner. Check identification of customers to make sure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol and tobacco products.**Experience and Skills**- High School or equivalent- Vocational Diploma or certificate- HACCP - Basic- Food Hygiene - Basic- Certificate in WSAT (Wine and Spirit, Education, Trust) - basic- Minimum one year on the same role in the same property rating.- Knowledge of cashiering procedures- Knowledge how to use POS.**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to work in dubai?**Experience**:- Bartender: 1 year (required)
