Backend Developer Lead

**Qualifications**- Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, or Information Technology- At least experience 1-2 years as Developer Lead- Leadership, critical thinking and analytical skills- Problem solving, analyze, evaluate and identify solution- Effective communication skill with ability to influence- Preferably someone who experience in managing team using agile principles and has knowledge of insurance- Know about microservices, messaging, CICD, DevSecOps mechanism, AWS SES, AWS S3- Know about Java, Spring Boot, React Native, Angular, or React JS, Framework Spring Boot, Tech Stack Java, recommend Quarkus- Follow trend on IT things- Willing to work WFOPay: Up to Rp20,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Developer Lead: 1 year (required)- Java: 1 year (required)
