**Responsibilities**:- **Oversee sales lead generation aggresively**- **Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients**- **Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging**- **Develop goals, sales quota targets and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity**- **Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information**- **Demonstrate company products coffee and/or related products, services and solutions with the potential customer to convert**- **To build an effective long-term relationship with the customers and perform sets of sales activities to help the organization run effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives.**- **Follow through with customer and ensure satisfaction.**- **Record customer interactions in lead tracking and customer issue tracking systems.**- **Solicit feedback on products and services.**- **Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines*****Qualifications**:- Passionate about coffee and education- Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years marketing experience directly managing B2B Sales programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results- Foodservice or restaurant experience- Excellent communication skills - strong written and oral communication skills- Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions- Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines.- Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn.- Ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail- Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint.- Experience with Salesforce to nurture, track and report on lead conversions- Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities- Team player with ability to work cross-functionally- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development*
