THE CHALLENGE
Janio is looking for a B2B Sales Manager to join our rapidly expanding Indonesia Commercial team. This position will mainly focus on acquiring and retaining customers. Whilst also developing the business in a fast-paced startup environment. We invite candidates with an entrepreneurial and motivated mindset, as well as a keen interest in combining logistics with new technologies to apply.

THE REQUIREMENTS
Experience in handling trading house, B2B Sales, and valid customers.
Experience in handling international trade, export & import licensing for SMEs.
Have a proven sales track record
Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Indonesia,
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset,

THE RESPONSIBILITIES
If it wasn't obvious enough, this is a sales role. Your main responsibility is to acquire new clients who wants to do export and import.
Retention of current customers and seek to develop new business opportunities
Design, plan and present logistics solutions to meet clients’ requirements
Conduct proactive sales calls, visits and presentations to new clients
Assist clients in their export and import process
