At Glints, we are building the #1 tech-enabled recruitment and career discovery platform in Southeast Asia that helps people and organisations realise their human potential by joining great organisations, learning the right skills and building great teams.We're looking for a **B2B Project Associate** to join our **Glints ExpertClass** team, to supporting GEC For Business to become the#1 "Go-To-Destination" for enterprises to develop their employees' skills and competencies.**What You'll Be Doing**:- Growing GEC B2B product by building effective and efficient system and process in handling clients' projects and providing high-quality services.- Ensuring all the requirements and resources (manpower, tools, participants, documents) from every project handled and provided within the targeted time period.- Acquiring qualified experts that match with the program and client needs and liaising them throughout the class and projects.- Collaborating with internal departments to provide all the operational stuffs needed during the project.**Who We Are Looking For**:- Min. 1 year of experience, preferably in the role that requires project management skills- Proven track record of handling projects for different stakeholders and clients at the same time, and delivering results in a timely manner.- Customer-driven: good listening skills, able to communicate effectively, and solution-oriented mindset.- Comfortable working with early-stage products, i.e. you work well with uncertainty and like taking responsibility.- Must have a positive attitude.- Ability to write in English is a must-have**Let's Realise Human Potential.**We have impacted many lives since we were founded in 2013, but there's still plenty to be done.
