By doing data mining and data warehousing, this position will address all information within organization and the market in order to improve customer lifecycle and customer experience. Furthermore, the report that generated from data analysis will be used as a baseline recommendation to determine the customer acquisition and loyalty program.- Responsible for maintaining Product references as and when updated by the Product team.- Responsible for overall reporting and performance monitoring for B2C Postpaid, including managing, enhancing the Postpaid Datamart.- Creating, reviewing, recommending data definitions and responsible for IO Business Glossary update.- Identifying mandatory data elements and defining metrics for measuring data quality- Ensuring integrity and quality of the data created or updated in their department or process.- Supporting and sharing knowledge with other stewards.- Communicating new and changed business requirements to individuals who may be impacted.- Communicating concerns, issues and problems with data to the individuals that can influence change.- Execute and achieve functional goals given by managers- Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplished delegated tasks assigned by managers- Provide support, when appropriate, for the team in cases of absence or unavailability- Provide continuous inputs on business process and systems improvement**Job Requirements**:**Qualification**:- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university with Informatic Engineering/Computer Science/Statistic/Mathematic or other related engineering background with GPA min. 3.0(_Master's degree desired/preferred_)**Experience**:- 4+ years of experience in business analytics & customer management- Have and proven experience in Data Warehouse, ETL, and/or Business Intelligence concept- Have and proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Cognos, etc)- Strong experience writing complex SQL query using RDBMS and Non-RDBMS- Have experience and/or good understanding using big data platforms- Solid & proven experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required to conduct business analysis activities- Demonstrated experience in evaluating and solving business challenges by collecting, reviewing and analyzing information that are useful to make sound recommendations**Skills**:- Having comprehensive knowledge and strong best practice in the field of business intelligence, customer lifecycle management and customer experience in order to enhance revenue and productivity of products and services- Deep knowledge of business landscape and growing knowledge of technology landscape- Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans- Strong leadership skills and capabilities- Highly entrepreneurial self-starter and manager/coach by hands-on in defining objectives in a fast-paced environment- Strong blend of analytical, great attention to details, decision-making and creative problem solving skills- Excellent in communication, presentation and negotiation skills capabilities- Proven ability to work across different functions, business units, geographies, and cultures- Excellent written and verbal English communication
