Prodia Digital Indonesia (Prodia Subsidiary Company)Develop and implement company branding and marketing strategy, to increase brand awareness and user acquisitionDevelop overall marketing and branding strategies to increase customer brand awareness, grow adoption, and retain customersDirect development of marketing insights to better monitor, revise, and design marketing campaigns; and maximize ROIManage overall marketing communications to prospective users and partners, from design of materials to distribution across online andoffline channelsCreate a highly productive and motivated team to develop and manage distribution of marketingBachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or relevant fields; MBA preferred5+ years relevant work experience in branding and/or digital marketing in Technology Company.Experienced leveraging data & analytics to drive design of marketing strategy and campaignsDeveloped and implemented marketing programs to rapidly grow customer adoptionIn-depth understanding of the needs and drivers of the Indonesian patient/consumerPrior experience leading marketing teamsExperience in the healthcare industry a plusStrong communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)Fluency in English and Bahasa (both verbal and written)
