**Location**:Head Quarter - Jakarta**Level**:Managerial**Employment Status**:Permanent**Field of Work**:Engineering**Posted Date**:13 February 2024**Job Summary**:- Monitor Major KPIs to ensure sites are healthy, with close coordination with vendor manage service, escalation operational issue and capacity upgrade.- Monitoring in daily bases, coordinate with TLP to rectify and fix any RTWP, VSWR issue, ensure TLP submit regular walk test, DAS audit for capacity and meet quality specification.- To support any IOH inbuilding event, ensure good quality and adequate capacity, coordinate with building management for access permit.- Pro-actively identify poor customer experience area and seek for improvement and follow up customer complaint**IBS KPI**- Monitor bad quality site and deliver solution and plan for improvement- Follow capacity upgrade**Distributed Antenna System (DAS)**- Define and provide principles to improve quality and user experience of multi operator DAS- Provide solution for any DAS problem and follow up regular walk test preventive maintenance- Provide solution to improve KPI and user experience for self built DAS performance**Management**- Manage team include MS and Project team- Coordinate with Sales, Project, and Planning**Job Requirements**:**Qualification**:- Min bachelor's degree with major study in Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering**Experience**:- Minimum 5 years' experience in Telecommunication industry, especially inbuilding solution- Has a good experience in cellular optimizations is advantage.- Experience in leading on any telecommunication project**Skills**:- Good leadership capability.- Good communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.- Good technical writing and reporting.- Good presentation and persuasion skill capabilities.- Good knowledge of telecommunication business in general and Understanding RAN 2G/3G/4G/5G- Good understanding in general and specific business process within the business users- Customer focus- Good in teamwork
