What You Will Do The position is responsible for:
The Automation Technician/Engineer is responsible for:
· Lead automation project to improve the production and packaging processes.
· Manage and maintain all the existing software to prevent any long breakdown due to loss data or system corrupt.
· Maintain the electrical instruments such as servo driver, inverter, controller, sensor, transducer to prevent in good performance and to ensure no failure during operational.
Key Responsibilities · Capable to analyse and solve the alarm on HMI or system by using Ladder diagram or PLC software intervention).
· Design, develop, test, and deploy software engineering solutions for any cost improvement project.
· Manage automation software development projects, develop and maintain automation software standards, and gather business requirements, perform feasibility studies, and prototype solutions.
· Assist with the creation of automation initiative in utility, production and packaging area.
· Understand and follow the safety procedures.
· Lead trouble shooting related to software and electrical and share to team for good practices.
· Complete all the documentations process on time as good documentation practises.
· Perform verification and calibration for critical measurement such as transducer, temperature controller, tachometer, pressure gauge.
· Perform all an urgent service request as assigned through to e-CMMS maximo.
· Perform to conduct mechanical spare parts replacement such as: timing belt, v-belt, bearing, pneumatic tubing/ valve, seal and filter.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications An automation technician/engineer, responsible for designing and implementing automated testing solutions to improve the quality of our products, also improving various manufacturing processes and computer systems by automating specific parts to work independently and automatically.
Desired Qualifications · Associate or bachelor's degree in electrical or mechatronic engineering.
· Experience in electrical, mechanical, or control system design.
· Experience with PLC systems and programming.
· Good in English.
