Asst Gm Operations - Cosmetic Manufacturing

Our client is a B2B cosmetic company. As part of their business growth, they are currently looking for experienced Asst GM Ops to increase their operations**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop sales and P&L strategies- Supporting GM Ops for day to day operations- Ensure product availability till customer delivery- Coordinate with product development, regulatory, sales and marketing team- Manage operations team to achieve sales target- Work closely with Training team to improve staff ability in soft skills (customer service) and product knowledge- Handling customer complaint- Monitor daily activity in compliance to SOP standard**Key Requirements**:- Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG especially personal care - cosmetics/skincare- Fluent in Mandarin- Advance in Microsoft Excel, Presentation skills, and data processing- Strong Leadership skills- Good in time management and conflict management- Customer-centric mindset- Organizational, Interpersonal, People skill- Business acumen, analytical skill- Communication skill, verbal & written business correspondence
