Review and revise course material quality by conducting Course Outline/Online Resources review and revision (every semester). Assist the course and examination content preparation, evaluation, development, and improvement to support the accreditation process Provide input for obsolete courses and teaching materials to Head of Department/Program Coordinate other lecturers related to course development and evaluation process, as well as provide mentoring, coaching and feedback Ensure the quality of teaching delivery for all classes according the standard Ensure on time completion of content development & evaluation process Teaching Activities : Disseminate and impart basic or applied knowledge to students Assist students with learning process and applying the knowledge Participate in creating the new development of teaching materials Contribute to their Department's/Program's/School's curriculum diversity and richness, and to foster their students' critical and creative abilities Management Support Activities : Act as Academic Advisory and Thesis Supervision (based on assignment) Provide Report to SCC/CCC/Head of Concentration/Head of Area of Knowledge Inquiry and Head of Department/Program Suggest improvement process related to lecturer activities Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) Perform activities related to Quality Management System Perform additional tasks as required by Direct Supervisor Perform the role of lecturer as stated in Catur Dharma Perguruan Tinggi General Requirement : Doctoral Degree with relevant field of knowledge Jenjang Jabatan Akademik (JJA): Minimum Asisten Ahli Work Exposure/Experience : 2+ years of teaching experience
