About the Associate Lawyer Role:
Your day-to-day tasks involve reviewing contracts as well as providing legal advice to your sector in the projects, infrastructure, and natural resources sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist, advise, and represent your clients in matters of project finance
Review relevant project contracts and ancillary contracts
This job will be reporting to the Partner at the projects and infrastructure working group
To succeed in this Associate Lawyer role, you should be experienced in project finance and have a good understanding in the areas of projects, infrastructure, and natural resources.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of three years' experience as a lawyer at a global reputation law firm or five years’ experience at law firms in Indonesia
Experience in project finance with a particular focus on oil and gas, mining, power and energy (conventional and renewable), toll road, water, and other infrastructure
Experience representing both the private side and the government side
Deep knowledge in the areas of projects, infrastructure, and natural resources
Deep knowledge of relevant project contracts (e.g. power purchase agreement), concession agreement, off take contracts, etc.)
Deep knowledge of relevant project ancillary contracts (e.g. EPC contract, supply agreement) and financing contracts
Excellent analytical skills with a driven and ambitious attitude
