**(ASSISTANT MERCHANDIZER) / FURNITURE & HOME DÉCOR / (JAVA-IMOGIRI)**This position is a supporting system in business process to get suppliers and sourcing for suppliers to produce client products with detail requirements from the clients and detail quality from the clients. This position functionally to communicate with third party to support company business process by sourcing the suppliers with good performance and good services.This position is reporting to Business Development Manager in daily operation to coordinate the PO's from clients and getting detail information about the products based on clients requirements.**Key Accountabilities**:1. To process orders submitted by Merchandiser, after Accounting notification on DP received, re-check orders for accuracy, contact with suppliers, and notify customer special requests to suppliers (if any).2. To work closely with Vendors/Suppliers on tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment to clients.3. Coordinate with Merchandiser and vendors, monitor production schedule, and progress to ensure on-time delivery.4. Review production status / report and highlight areas of concern to Team and other Dept.5. To provide information and update shipment status report regularly.6. Submit various reports such as submission; production schedule, and progress to Buyers and Corp on regular basis (weekly/monthly).7. To compile and input update physical or digital files on clients, leads, vendors and suppliers.8. To serve as the point of contact for merchandiser who are out in the field.9. Performing clerical duties such as filing, monitoring Merchandiser's office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed.**Job Requirements**:1. Having experience in Sourcing Suppliers or Merchandizer products2. Experience in furniture Manufacture for 1-2 years is an advantage3. Bachelor degree in any major.4. Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.5. Having the knowledge about suppliers and supply chains.6. Having capability and sense of product quality.7. Having experience to communicate with third party in daily basis.8.
