This role is crucial in helping in process improvement, reduce inventory and maintaining price competitiveness.What you will be doing- Responsible for adherence to company spending plan, achieving objectives of Productivity Savings Report (PSR)- Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement negotiations, order processing and maintaining the supply of required services specially from subcontractor and forwarders.- Actively searching and onboarding of new efficient supplier, ensure registration in timely managed align with Corporate Policy Manual (CPM-17)- Responsible and accountable to implement the Vendor Compliance Program effectively, such as book and record, control and compliance, E-Sox, ISO requirement and Contractor EH&S Management Program Assessment audit.- Supervise and ensures proper documentation during receipt and release of materials by the Third Party Logistic (3PL)- Maintaining and improving the company's inventory situation by performing accurate inventory usage planning to determine which consumables and materials needed to be replenished efficiently.- Keeping stock level optimal in terms of warehouse capacity and replenishment lead time- Assist with determining possibility usage of obsolete and excess materials to be sold by local sales or country on the regional including disposal and scrapping- Strategically plan in manage logistic execution for optimization during materials delivery from factory, custom clearance, and local expedition- Monitor arrival of materials and intercompany billing in preparation of reception of material to the site and company cash flow target- Explore and determine some initiatives in Supply Chain in order to improve the process and bringing efficiency to the company- Prepares and submits monthly Supply Chain KPI report to Supply Chain Manager as per the mandatory reporting schedules.What you will need to be successful- A minimum of 5 years experience in Supply Chain (warehouse, logistic, purchasing)- Experience in using JDE or SAP system- Good command in MS Excel, experience using Power BI is a plus- Good English skills, written and spoken- Good teamwork and able to work with inter-department- Experience working in multinational company is a plus- If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.- Otis is the world's leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
