Responsibilities
• Be the risk policy subject matter expert around payments and merchant fraud• Conceive, launch, and deliver regional strategic policy projects to reduce risks and fraud• Identify and analyze emerging risks and trends• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to implement risk mitigation solutions• Perform risk assessments for new products/features• Own and drive continuous improvements in key risk metrics• Report facts to senior and executive management• Minimum work experience of 5 years, preferably in fintech, payments, strategy consulting or analytics• Good understanding of the fraud space• Problem-solving, positive and constructive attitude• Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and operating in fast-changing, unstructured environments• Strong track record of exercising sound judgement• Structured, factual, and data-driven• Stakeholder management experience, especially with senior executives• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization (using Excel, SQL, PowerBI) would be highly advantageous
