Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance

To proactively and enthusiastically ensure the effective function of Accounts & Finance which includes- Monitoring and control of the day-to-day accounting operations including TDS, Bank Reconciliation, BPJS, PPH 21 matters.- Monthly, quarterly and half yearly profitability report, other MIS reports and balance sheet work.- Analysis of the cash flows & interfaces between payable & receivables to make full utilization of balances.- Monitoring Debtor 's accounts and following up with them for payment recovery.- Coordinating with VAT department for assessment finalization & timely return filing.- Reviewing & analysis daily bank accounts reconciliation.- Monitoring creditor's accounts and follow up with purchase Department.- Preparation and monitoring of unit budget and product costing run in SAP- Internal monthly & quarterly physical inventory verification.- Controlling unit overheads and drive attention for cost reduction and waste elimination over inventory RM, FG, SFG, packing, component & stored consumable and timely highlighting to management, if found any discrepancies.- Fixed assets accounting for addition/deletions and depreciation working for financial accounts & income tax and co-ordination for physical verification of fixed assets with auditor.- Invoicing, reconciliation of accounts receivables, accounts payable, VAT returns, TDS monthly, quarterly & annually.- Preparation and submission of stock & insurance statement to bank monthly.- Overseeing computation of salary, sales commission, incentives, tour bills, PPH21 given to employees during the month.- Responsible for all audit at Plant level I.e. (statutory and tax audit)- Accounts & finance related liaison work with various Govt. authorities and tax auditor of the company.**Skills and Key Requirements**- Well Conversant with SAP FICO Module.- Good English communication skills- Strong business acumen- Leadership and Ownership capability- Dynamic Business Analytical knowledge**Salary**: Rp14,000,000 - Rp16,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Medan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- 10-15 years (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)**Speak with the employer**+91 9821619180
