Job Detail
- Liaise with Facility Manager to manage, direct & coordinate activities in datacenter.
- Supervise and monitoring all electrical and mechanical operation.
- Recommend and implement continuous improvement of various aspect of building operation.
- Arrange team members’ schedules and coordinate maintenance schedule with outside contractors, engineers and building staff including FM manager and the customer.
- Respond quickly to any emergency situations.
- Maintain operation cost effectively and efficiently.
- Coordinate the input and output of the preventive maintenance system and review the status on a monthly basis.
- Work closely with FM manager and team members to ensure the day-to-day management of the facility is coordinated and common objectives are met.
- Manage, direct and coordinate the activities of internal or contracted personnel or third parties who are providing services or performing work within the assigned property.
- Implement and administer inventory control programs/purchase parts and supplies.
- Track vendor performance against contracts and SLAs
- Ensure team members and vendor members trained in incident response procedures and safety procedures including compliance of the related safety protective equipment.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized files including as-built drawings, coordination studies, vendor contracts, maintenance records, commissioning documents, and any other files or data pertinent to the technical operations of the facility.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (Sarjana) from Electrical, Mechanical or IT-related background.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data center management.
- Basic knowledge of critical infrastructure support systems, including Generators, HVAC, UPS & batteries, DC Power & Rectifiers. A specialty in one or more of these systems is a plus.
- Have Electrical or Mechanical licenses will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of all applicable rules laws, codes, and regulations.
- Have ability to develop installation standards and project tracking/management documents.
- Have ability to effectively respond, verbally or written, to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints
- Have ability to overcome troubleshooting, root-cause evaluation, problem-solving under restricted time and information.
- Have ability in reporting, documenting, and make an effective presentation from groups of managers, clients, customer and general public officers.
- Have vendor management experience.
- Experience developing appropriate RFP processes.
- Experience in the development of operating and capital budgets.
- Have ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex project documents; AutoCAD, Visio, and PDF documents.
- Have basic skill about IT and business software, i.e. Microsoft Platform: MS Word, Excel and Power point.
- Have ability to estimate, track and report the cost for all related works.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proven management skills
- Team player, able to work collaboratively.
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, mission critical facilities environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and openness to new ideas and procedures.
- Business level in English, verbal & written.
- 35 - 40 years old
