Job Description:
Working closely and assisting category manager to define, implement and execute the business development/growth strategy for the category Developing online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets Retain and optimize key account relationships to drive overall sales volumes. This can be done by ensuring pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of key merchants within the category Continuously analyse the internal and external environment to ensure that the Category under management remains highly competitive vis-a-vis the market Identify, establish and grow other local strategic partnerships Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in related field Prior working experience in handling category Lifestyle (Home living, books, stationary, etc) or Fashion (Men and Woman)in other e-commerce is a plus Passionate in coaching, mentoring and team management Fluent in English (written & verbal) with good communication skills Proven experience in strategic partnership roles, with a demonstrated track-record of developing, cultivating, and successfully completing a strategy Possess strong business acumen and commercial savviness Seasoned external and internal stakeholders management skills
