Verify documents to exchange invoices- Verify returns- Upload VAT Out via E-faktur- The process of exchanging invoices through the web of each modern trade customer- Research and resolve account discrepancies- Process and record transactions- Maintain records regarding payments and account status- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts- Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up to date- Working with the collections department to review accounts and client payment and credit history to develop new or better repayment terms- Bachelors Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/or equivalent- At least 3 year handling collection and account receivable- Have a great negotiating and communication skill- Interested in improvement technology in finance tools- Experienced in handling system improvement project is a plus pointSkill yang Dibutuhkan- Finance- AR- Tech Savvy"Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
