Reporting to the Account & Finance Administrator (Palembang) and will perform the services detailed below:- Support the preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts for the Palembang and site project offices- Support on petty cash balance keeping and transactions in Palembang- Support on timely preparation of documents for invoices to the Client.- Collect time sheets from the Project's staff.- Review and verify reimbursable expenses submitted by Project staff and sub-contractors and request clarifications, if and when necessary.- Review/check invoices from suppliers and advise on payment.- Keep track of the reimbursement schedule, payment requests, bank transfers and contract amendments with transparent and up-to-date file management, including soft and hard copies;- Ensure that satisfactory treasury and accounting standards are used, compatible with Indonesian and international financial and administrative requirements.- Ensure the proper filing of financial documents and evidences, both hard and in soft copies.- Any other task related to finance and assets that may be required- Experience in financial tasks on international projects- Experience in implementing finance processes, policies and templates- Excellent written and spoken Indonesian and basic command of English- Excel skills**Job Profile**Euroconsult Mott MacDonald has recently been appointed by the PPK Perencanaan dan Program, Satuan Kerja Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Sumatera VIII of the Directorate General of Water Resources, Ministry of Public Works and Housing, Government of Indonesia (the Client) to implement Consulting Services for the JICA-funded Komering Irrigation Project (Phase 3).
