As their recruitment partner, we are assisting them in finding a skilled and knowledgeable Assistant COO to join their team.**Key Responsibilities**:- Support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in overseeing the production flow of the contract manufacturing process.- Possess a deep understanding of the production flow in maklon manufacturing, including knowledge of machines and equipment used.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient production processes.- Assist in monitoring and optimizing production efficiency, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes.- Actively communicate and engage with Mandarin and Chinese-speaking stakeholders, both internally and externally, as required.- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance productivity and meet production targets.- Assist in managing and coordinating resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure timely and high-quality production.- Support the COO in analyzing production data, generating reports, and providing insights to drive operational excellence.**Requirements**:- Strong knowledge and understanding of the production flow in maklon manufacturing.- Familiarity with machines and equipment used in the contract manufacturing industry.- Proficiency in Chinese language, with excellent communication and writing skills.- Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges.- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.- Ability to work in Poris Plawad, Tangerang.
