We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and support our amazing clients in the entertainment industry.As an Art Director, you will be working closely with the team to drive bar-raising creative content to delight, inform and inspire audiences in the Indonesian market. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment while helping to constantly evolve the local market's creative and visual engagement strategies and support improving efficiencies.You are a problem solver with a passion for entertainment, you strive to bring the best idea into designs to elevate the client's brand to the next level!- **_Please share with us your portfolio to be considered for the role._**Role:- Conceptualising and developing daily design and creative executions across all social platforms.- Partnering up with the rest of the team and collaborating with clients' marketing, branding, and other teams and departments.- Execute the briefing and ideation phase, create phenomenal key art and/or motion concepts, knowledge of both worlds is a plus.- Lead visual design in the creative process from brainstorming to designing pitch comps to delivery.- Localising and adapting predefined formats and brand/campaign moments- Stay relevant and in the know of the client's products and services- Ideate and execute ideas from beginning to end in a fast-paced working environment.- Create original visual executions that are exciting and innovative, and that respond to the client's business, brand and strategic objectives across the region.- Source and manage freelancers, third-party vendors and production partners.You:- 4+ years of experience creating awesome work for top brands, preferably with a mix of in-house and agency creative production experience- Experience with cross-channel visual language strategies and execution across digital, social, events and motion- Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors- You're a graphic design enthusiast interactive media advocate and not tied to specific creative and execution formats and able to execute design work across all mediums.- A multi-faceted designer who knows your Adobe Creative Suite well and you're happy to bounce between all kinds of software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere), depending on the occasion.- You are the product of a graphic designer, an illustrator, a motion graphics and a video editor mixed in a blender.- You don't just consider yourself a great designer but also an amazing creative. You love coming up with ideas as much as you love spending time crafting them!- A sharp-eyed, detailed oriented and good design ambassador. You have a strong sense of layout, colour, composition and type- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and, ideally, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia to support local projects.
