Our offline/online commerce BeautyHaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.**- Increase sales in the area that is tasked by each distributor.- Monitor distributor sales, ensure target is reached.- Monitor promotion programs ensuring execution is right on target.- Arrange call plan and salesman sales target.- Develop monthly forecasts and PO realisation for distributors.- Attain report updates regularly from distributors (SI, SO, toko pareto).- Participate in monitoring the store's account receivable.- Ensure all distributor claims are in accordance with the designated provision- Deliver sales report (SO distributor) weekly and monthly.- Monitor and increase performance of Beauty Advisor to achieve monthly target.**Requirements**:- Minimum D3 Degree- Have min. 2 years of experience as Area Sales SPV/Team Leader (beauty industry will be a plus)- Willing to work mobile to monitor areas- Great communication skill- Able to work with target- Wiling to work and familiar with Purwokerto areaWe have a 'CREATE' culture (Collaborative, Responsible, Eccentric, Agile, Tough, Effective).
