Area Sales Manager

SEVEN Retail Group is a next-gen consumer house of brands from F&B to lifestyle services, the parent company behind Golden Lamian, Golden Hotpot & Grill, and SOZO Clinic, etc. Currently operating +100 outlets in building a New Retail ecosystem of beloved, accessible and enduring customer brands for Indonesian millennials and beyond.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.Identify potential customers and build strong relationships within local areas to increase sales and revenue.Train, mentor and motivate Sales Associates to achieve their individual sales targets.Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new growth opportunities.Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on sales objectives.At least 5 years of working experience in sales, preferably beauty and health industryExperienced in leading sales or business development teamHas a strong network and relation maintenanceKnowledgeable in the designated area (especially Jabodetabek)Good communication, leadership, and target-orientedStrong people management skillsProven analytical skills and data-driven thinking
