Job descriptionPT JC UTAMA TEHNIK INDONESIA, PRIMO's distributor in Indonesia, is currently in need for the Homecare Division (Household Cleaning Chemical & Disinfectant)AREA SALES MANAGERDivision : Homecare General Tradeto be placed in Medan - North Sumatera**Main Duties**:Maintains an excellence client relationship and develops marketing with existing and potential clients in parts of SUMUT- Achieve own sales target and lead team to achieve target an/or overall company target- Guiding, coaching, developing and driving the team to ensure team's productivity performance and efficiency to achieve targets by implementing and monitoring necessary KPI's- Opening new outlets and maintaining existing outlets in orientation on the target of SELLING IN & SELLING OUT.- Together with the Key Account Executive, create innovative, effective and efficient Sales & Marketing Concepts, Plans and Programs as well as their implementation to be in line with the Company's focus and targets.- Together with Key Account Executive plans Sales & Marketing Research with market development analysis.- Help recruit, place, and evaluate the performance of the Sales Team (Key Account Executive, SMD, SPG Leader, SPG) in accordance with the planning in achieving targets- Conduct periodic evaluations of ongoing programs and take immediate action to ensure their effectiveness.- Reporting and providing ideas regarding competitor activities and programs- Sales & Data Report: Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly- Together with distributor team (on period basis) and also our own team to visit market in order to:1. Ensure the availability and visibility of the market, actual plan and result as per guidelines2. Monitoring the placement of POP at the outlets3. Educating of product's knowledge, selling and marketing points as wella s coaching to the distributor PIC and Sales Team**Requirements**:- Age 25 - 40 years.- Minimum S1, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (Management/Marketing, Business Administration and the like)- Minimum 5 years working experience as Sales Traditional Market in the same field or Consumer Goods.- Minimum 3 years as leader to lead a Sales Team General Trade in the same field or Consumer Goods.- Experienced in opening new outlets and maintaining existing customers- Able to plan marketing activities, face competitors, marketing targets and monthly marketing evaluations.- High motivation and initiative, communicative, target oriented, honest, diligent, friendly and highly disciplined.- Good health / excellent and able to make effective visits according to the target.- Following strict health protocols during this pandemic- Willing to be placed in our Branch Office at Medan and regularly visiting areas according to the rayon set in parts of SUMUT - DI Aceh - Pekanbaru - Padang, IndonesiaContract length: 12 monthsJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, KontrakPertimbangan COVID-19:To keep our employes as safe as possible, we provides hand sanitizer free for all employes daily.
