Accountable for directing, leading, setting up and managing account management and sales efforts in country to develop and secure incremental revenue and market share and achieve profitable volume growth consistent with SEA strategic plan initiatives.- Provide leadership and formulate the Sharp Global Account structure in-country- Setup a Sharp engagement matrix and establish Sharp internal escalation channels for issue resolutions- Identify incremental Sharp business in Indonesia and other business opportunities to generate profitable sales- Direct, develop and implement sales plans that support increased revenue- Work directly with JUSDA overseas network for sales leads into the country- Develop Sharp business strategies that are consistent with the JUSDA vertical markets to identify opportunities for the country.- Execute Sharp business development plans (forecasts, budgets), and provide leadership to the country account teams.- Monitor and review Sharp new and existing business scope and make strategy adjustments as needed.- Build strategic relationships with key Sharp contacts and within customer organizations to understand opportunities for creating value.- Working closely with the country account and operations management team to develop creative workable solutions to customer needs.- Direct cross-selling opportunities within the JUSDA network to increase revenue and leverage relationships in order to better penetrate the market.- Leverage the company's global reach to influence decisions on projects for customer deliveries in SEA countries.- Facilitate regular KPI and performance review with Sharp and relevant operations staff to evaluate performance and receive updates from clients on challenges and future plans.**Education and Experience**- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of work experience- Minimum seven years related experience.- Minimum five years industry experience.- Minimum five years supervisory or managerial experience required.**Languages and Communication Skills**- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently- Mandarin / Japanese / Bhasa Malay speaking would be an advantage- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, customers and vendors.**Computer Skills**- Computer literate**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp16,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Account Management: 5 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)- Mandarin (preferred)
