Area Collection & Recovery Supervisor (Surabaya)

Lead and control the implementation of strategy and collection activities across branches.- Monitor branch collection performance and cost efficiencies.- Responsible for achieving collection targets across branches.**Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major.- Having a minimum of 2 years experience as a collection and recovery supervisor role in financial institutions.- Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, strong math skills, and good training skills.- Good management skills with the ability to make decisions in tough circumstances.- Demonstrate a high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.- Have a network of Agency Collectors.Notes
