Architectural Designer

DVNO studio is searching for a freelance architectural designer.RESPONSIBILITIES- Conceptualize design as instructed by the architect- Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs including 3d models.- Preparation of tender documentation, schedules and specifications- Working remotely, collaborating to ensure consistency in quality and file structure.- Takes part and attends internal creative and technical reviews if needed (remotely via zoom).SKILLS- 3D software list: SketchUp ; Enscape: Lumion Pro ; Revit Architecture BIM 360 218, Sketchup Pro 2018, AutoCAD 2018, AutoCAD Architecture 2014- Attention to detail- Esglish spoken is a must, spanish spoken is plus.- Strong understanding of architectural terminology and effective production across all necessary disciplines including modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering and post-production.- A good project management and organizational skills including time management and good planning.- Able to work remotely with your own equipement.THE APPLICATIONPay: Rp3,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
