Architect - Surabaya

**Job Descriptions**:- Prepare design plan and review design plan from consultants, develop design details, and ensure design drawings are proper, complete, and accurate.- Prepare drawings necessary for project's planning & development permit/project tender.- Propose building and material specifications.- Coordinate with parties related to the design plan.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture.- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Developer Company or Consultant in housing project.- Computer literacy (ability to operate Auto CAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, MS Office).- Able to produce concept design schemes with minimum supervision.- Able to work well in a team environment and tight schedule.- Understanding Architect Design & Technical Drawing.- Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
