Architect

Perform site survey and analysis that required for each specific project- Assist in developing preliminary plan, preparing concept presentation- Assist in presenting project proposals- Develop project design with the team- Prepare drawings, specification, and other documents related to the projects- Coordinate with lead architect regarding project progress and timeline- Proactively raise any issues that may arise during the entire project, and work internally to resolve them- Conduct research & develop existing design standard to improve the whole product quality- Min. bachelor degree in Architecture or any other related major from reputable universities- 1 year proven experience working in design consultant/developer (fresh graduates are welcome)- Excellent portfolio in architectural design- Proficiency in working with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office- Innovative and creative thinker- Good communication and interpersonal skills- High curiosity and always obsessed with product development- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously- A cooperative team player- Willing to work in Bandung Willing to travel frequently- Portfolio attachment is a must"Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
