We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.**Responsibilities**:- Primary roles to involve in Prudential Indonesia's end to end recruitment process and administrative tasks- To Fulfil internship/apprenticeship request as per assignment department.- Assist Employer Branding roles**Requirements**:- Committed to join for 6 months internship- Willing to do hybrid arrangements: WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) on Setiabudi area, South Jakarta- Fresh Graduate/Last Year Student, in any major (Industrial engineering or Psychology preferable - has deep interest in HR)- Has past experience in writing- Good problem solving & communication skill- Team player - highly motivated person - able to work with less supervision- Action & customer oriented- Computer literate: Ms. Office
