We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow and Succeed.**Responsibilities**:- Review organization structure.- Administer manpower mapping database for Organization Design purposes.- Collect and maintain Job Description database.- Identify the objective of the job.- Classify the Tasks and Processes of the job.- Identify gaps and duplication of tasks and processes.**Requirements**:- Final year or fresh graduate in any major from reputable university.- Willing to do WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) on Setiabudi, South Jakarta.- Committed to do 6 months internship.- Advanced in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).- Can-do attitude.
