We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow and Succeed.**Responsibilities**:- Support in processing daily activities in Group Distribution Services for supporting all team members in Department Corporate Business regarding Sales Compensation Process & Regular Achievement- Reporting for all channels- Processing office facilities request- Arranging expedition services- New Group Sales onboarding & exit process- Supporting wellness program for clients- Other administration process.**Requirements**:- Final year or Fresh Graduates from any major, preferably from Mathematics, Accounting, or Information Technology- Willing to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta- Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and has good inter-personal skills- Good communication skill, able to speak and write in Bahasa and English- Advance in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- Has data analytics experience would be a plus- Committed to do 6 months internship
