Apprentice Accounting Officer

Responsibilities Assist with daily accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures Assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial discrepancies Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and correspondence with vendors and clients Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by management. Requirements Only for Indonesian Citizen Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position, prior experience in Accounting or Finance (particularly in a 5-star luxury resort/hotel) is an advantage Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from a reputable university
